Person Specification for SEN Teaching Assistant
You should be a confident and success-driven graduate who has previous experience working with children who have special educational needs and a caring attitude or an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant who would like an immediate change in role. You will contribute to the general push to raise attainment and focus learning by supporting booster groups and 1:1 intervention sessions and you should have the capability to meet challenges head on and consistently enthuse those around you.
