You will be professionally trained in all essential Business Skills. Provided a role with variety, responsibility, and scope to develop yourself & our Business Centre.
Your Aims: be the Professional Telephone Voice and Corporate Business Face of our Business Centre. Conduct meetings and provide tours to prospective Customers promoting our services to gain orders. Maximize inbound enquiries to achieve optimum Business Centre occupancy and efficiency.
You'll be based from Front of House to ensure daily an excellent reception to all Attendees, that set-ups of Customer suites and lunch orders are 100% accurate. That Office Suite Tenants are effectively serviced. Administrator all orders and purchases. Maintain and improve facilities and resources.

Minimum Experience & Characteristics: Excellent Telephone Manner, Corporate Customer Facing background, Corporate Professional Attire, Used MS Office in Work Environment, Physically Strong, Healthy with lots of Energy!
About Us: Established 20 years, we're a Corporate Business Centre near London Bridge where we host Corporate events by providing training rooms, conference space, IT & multi-media, Catering etc. We also rent Offices Suites to Tenants and provide them with IT, Comms. & Admin services.
The Team: Customer Service Co-ordinators, Catering Assistant, Cleaners & Maintenance Companies.
