My Client based in Ipswich Town Centre is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team. You will be providing excellent customer service at all times and deal with any enquiries efficiently and professionally. Your desk will be located in a colourful office with a buzzing atmosphere (although this could be down to the unlimited tea, coffee, juice and fizzy drinks that are available to staff….and if you get peckish free fruit is also provided).

Responsibilities in this role will include –

• Dealing with and taking responsibility for customer queries
• Being the main point of contact for customers
• Communicating via telephone, email and letter
• Keeping data on the system correct and relevant
• Validating and issuing invoices
• Monitoring payments made, and chasing any late payments/debt
• General ad hoc duties as requested by the manager.
• Providing excellent customer service at all times.

This role requires liaison with several internal departments, along with the external customers and other third parties, therefore strong communication skills are essential. You should be able to remain positive and professional while working under pressure and to deadlines, and work well within a team. You should also feel confident in using Microsoft Software (especially Excel) and comfortable in learning internal systems.

Salary is competitive (starting at £18,000 and increasing depending on experience) plus a fantastic working environment and range of benefits.
