R3 Resourcing currently has a great opportunity for an experienced Loss Prevention Assistant to join one of the UKs most well established brands for their store in Newbury.

As a Loss Prevention Assistant your primary focus and responsibility will be for the security and protection of a high turnover Retail Department Store to ensure that the store, staff and stock remains safe and secure at all times.

You will implement company loss prevention policies and best practices and help to support and maintain the stores stock loss action plan whilst ensuring that excellent levels of customer service are upheld. The role can involve the opening and closing of the store as well as being available for emergency call outs, therefore flexibility with working hours is vital.

We are seeking a highly proactive individual who has a logical and organised approach, good communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to manage shifting priorities. You should be confident in dealing with stock loss issues, be able to deter and detect theft, and ideally have knowledge of Data Protection and legislation covering theft. Strong PC literacy is a must for this role.
