The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the relationship with customers who have applied for car finance via the website or through the sales telephone line. The role is varied talking to customers and dealers through inbound and outbound telephone calls and email.

Key responsibilities

Process online applications that are received through the website and on the telephone

Outbound calling to new and existing customers through marketing campaigns to help grow the direct customer base

Communicating with customers throughout the application process via telephone and email

Working with internal customers in accordance with company underwriting policy

Receive and deal with inbound calls from customers and dealers

Managing the customer expectations regarding delivery and completion time scales

Effectively liaise with dealerships and third party finance companies to gain the information required to reach a successful outcome

Generating documents to both customers and dealerships and dealing with questions/queries regarding invoiving figures

Collate and package the documents together to send to the payments team informing the customer of any further requests for information from the Underwriter

Completing the deal and informing the customer that the funds have been released

Ability to work between 8am and 8pm Mon-Fri and some Saturdays 8am - 5.30pm.
