This is a very exciting opportunity for a Legal Secretary with Property experience to join a top, client-focused, award winning firm based near Mansfield. The firm, who have offices around the country are looking to recruit due to the expansion to a new office, and are therefore looking for a dynamic Legal Secretary to help with workloads around the department.

The firm are renowned for looking after their employees as they are investors for people as well as offering a highly competitive salary for this particular role.

The ideal candidate will be someone who is self-motivated and willing to use their own initiative but is also an effective team-player.

In supporting the Commercial Property department your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;

* Transcribing and preparing documents through audio-typing and word processing
* Scanning, filling and photocopying duties
* Operating a case management system
* Arranging appointments, meetings and maintain diaries

Experience required;

* At least 1-year experience working within a Property department, either Commercial or Residential
* Audio/copy typing skills
* Good organisational skills and time management
