Our client an online community message and ad platform is looking for an Account Manger to join the professional services vertical team on a permanent basis. You will manage and assist a busy sales floor and be responsible for maintaining client relationships, account administration and reporting and stakeholder management to ensure that things are dealt with in a timely and efficient manager, whilst maximising usage and opportunity across key clients and new business.


  • Planning and orchestrating key accounts
  • Focusing on the large and most complex accounts ensuring maximum usage and opportunity
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and communication across various teams including; sales, technical, sales support, business analysts, finance, customer service and legal
  • Overseeing the delivery and management of the client services team , consisting of two employees, including the client services associate and the client services executive
  • Ensuring regular one-to-one follow-ups are taken with team members
  • Acting as product advocate to increase usage and identify new opportunities with existing clients
  • Providing support to the recruitment vertical including administration, compliance, finance, and troubleshooting
  • Attending key-client meetings to discuss advertising campaigns and needs
  • Driving business solutions and advertising strategies both internally and externally
  • Responsible for sales and finance queries for clients and sales personnel
  • Troubleshooting within the CRM system and client consoles
  • Event planning including; sales incentives, team building, Christmas and summer parties and client functions

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Two-to-three years' experience working with online advertising and recruitment and advertising and client services
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Reviewing and reporting on sales performance, client satisfaction and ensuring the client sales strategy delivers on business requirements
  • Relentless attention to customer service and satisfaction of client requirements
  • Developing partnerships, long-term relationships and maintaining contact over time
  • Excellent problem solving skills
