Technical Support Analyst - Guildford - £30,000

You will be working for a pioneering healthcare company, based out of their Head Office in Guildford who are now looking for a Technical Support Analyst.
Your new role
Reporting to the Service desk manager, you will be part of a team of 3 support staff providing both in house and client support to over 400 users. Your day to day duties will generally involve remotely providing technical support to clients who generally will not have the greatest IT understanding.
You will utilise your existing experience in a similar role in this varied technical landscape, supporting a diverse user base with desk side queries and remote tickets whilst leading and assisting technical implementations and working on projects
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate for this role you will utilise your existing experience in a similar technical support role. You will be technically proficient in modern windows operating systems including Microsoft Office and Active Directory. Previous experience with MS Exchange and Windows Server will lead to your success, as will exposure to to the following technologies;
- Telephonic (SIP / VOIP / AVAYA / Skype for Business)
- SQL report writing
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Microsoft System Centre 2012 (PXE / SCCM / SCSM)
- System experience of - PAS / EMR / CRM
In order to succeed in this role you will have a flexible approach to your work as on occasion you will be required to work on-call and make onsite visits.
What you'll get in return
