A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator to join a great organisation in Warrington on a permanent basis.

As Accounts Administrator you will be sat in a busy finance team and your responsibilities will include:

-Processing all invoice requests accurately and within agreed timescales
-Taking appropriate follow up action when dealing with customer queries or issues
-Maintaining electronic and manual records in line with business procedures and
-statutory requirements on a daily basis
-Calculating and reconciling unpaid VAT
-Any other duties ad hoc duties

The ideal applicant will have:

-Previous data entry experience
-Strong IT skills including Word and Excel
-Great attention to detail
-Strong written and oral communication skills
