This staff nurse/registered nurse vacancy is with a leading dementia healthcare provider across the south east. They have been running a group of around 10 nursing homes for almost 30 years. They are constantly growing their network and are quickly becoming one of the best specialist dementia care providers in England.

This particular staff nurse position is with their home in Staplehurst. This home is one of their larger services, home to around 60 residents both with residential and nursing dementia needs. They have a fully compliant CQC and have a fantastic reputation amongst the local community. The group have an amazing attitude towards personal development and professional growth within the company and with the majority of their homes based in the Kent area, there is certainly opportunities to grow and progress in your nursing career!

Role Requirements

* Are a registered nurse RGN with a valid NMC pin
* Have previous experience in working within elderly care
* Prefered nursing home experience
* Be able to complete and pass a DBS check
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Carrying out treatment plans
* Assisting with patient needs
* Building and maintaining healthy and professional relationships with the residents, relatives and colleagues
* Using initiative to respond to incidents in a professional and appropriate manner
* Documenting and administering medication
