Our client is looking for a dynamic sales driven and enthusiastic individual who can think on their feet and close deals over the phone. The purpose of the Sales Advisor is to provide proactive sales capability and services for both new and existing customers.
Duties include:
· Feed sales team with leads
· Close inbound leads
· Manage inbound leads via telephone, e-mail, webchat and web enquiries
· Work closely with internal teams ensuring we always put the customer first
· Update/ manage CRM database
· Achieve set KPI's for: calls, leads generated and demonstrations scheduled
· Follow up on marketing up on marketing campaigns, website and white paper leads
· Assist with contract and subscriptions renewals
· Knowledge of CRM systems such as SalesForce
