The Role

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our successful sales team in the Midlands.
Focused on sales of an innovative security system targeted at the commercial construction sector you will be a driven and energetic Sales professional who relishes the challenge of New Business sales.
The requirement is for an outstanding sales professional who is well organised and shows the determination and persistence to win and develop complex accounts in a highly competitive market sector. Much of our business is with Main contractors, infrastructure and utilities specialists. There is substantial focus on project led sales.
This role is ideal for a candidate looking to quickly develop a sales career with a major multinational and clear market leader.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success preferably with a background in Field Sales.
The ability to communicate at all levels is a must and you will be able to progress sales from the bottom up and think outside the box.
The successful candidate will be commercially astute and comfortable with working in a technology driven and technical environment. You will be motivated by the challenge of winning new business
and developing system sales solutions within medium sized and major accounts.
Whilst exposure to the CCTV, Access Control or site security sectors would be of interest, we welcome applications from exceptional sales professionals from any competitive B2B sector, ideally selling a product or service on contract.
You will be looking to develop a long-term career and the financial benefits that a major employer will offer.
