Client Development Executive, £18,000 - £25,000
An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Client Development Executive has become available. This role will play a key part in progressing the client feedback programme, and managing client satisfaction tools. This will also entail supporting the growth and retention of our client accounts. The successful applicant will work closely with client account teams from across the firm, as well as with other members of the marketing team and other key business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Working alongside other teams in the managing a vital account for the firm
• Producing board level reports which will include data analysis, identification of insights and key trends which will help to steer best practice across the business
• Managing the Client Development’s team internal communications pipeline and assisting in ideas and the production of those communications
• Assisting with the client feedback programme for our key client and referrer relationships. This will include identifying and recommending clients for interview, administrating the internal and external interview booking process, managing production of all supporting and follow-up documentation, leading client team meetings to discuss the feedback, and producing regular reports for the executive board
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of some of the business’ relationships with its clients and uncovering opportunities for further development
• Managing the approach to communication and information flow between client account team members, including tracking activity and contact/touch points with the client
• Supporting regular training and presentation sessions on Client Development best practice

• Can help develop our existing client feedback programme
• Has experience of client feedback
• Can identify and generate new revenue opportunities from clients
