Pastry chef de partie
Chefs Direct are looking to recruit a pastry chef de partie for a well established hotel in the Wareham area of Dorset. The company has recently appointed a new, highly experienced head chef and they are looking to take on a pastry chef de partie to help with modernising the property’s food offering. This is a site with big ambition, and definitely one to watch for the future, so if you’re interested in getting involved at grass roots level and have real impact on the culinary development then now’s the time to join. To be considered for this role you MUST:
- Have a minimum of 12 months experience in a pastry chef de partie capacity.
- Have experience of producing food at a minimum of one rosette level.
- Have a CV that reflects longevity with previous employers.
- Be looking for a long term and stable position.
The salary on offer is £19000, and live in is available.
