Job Title: Purchasing Administrator

Location: Baglan, Port Talbot

Job Description:

This role will report to the Business Coordinator and work closely with the Supply Chain and Business Coordination team. They will carry out administrative duties mainly within the Sales and Purchasing function of the business.


* Processing of Sales Orders to the agreed company standard
* Processing of Purchase orders to the agreed company standard
* Processing of Purchase Invoices
* Expediting of Purchase Orders
* Supporting the business co-ordinating team in general administrative duties
* Producing sales and purchase order reports at the direction of the Supplychain and Sales co-ordinating team
* Maintaining client records in the CRM system at the direction of the business co-ordinating team
* Answering customers and supplier telephone queries

Essential Skills:

* Possess a good level of education with a minimum of GCSE Maths and English
* Computer literate including Microsoft Word and Excel
* Excellent communication skills.
* Experience within an office environment
* A team player, who is also capable of working under pressure, with a high level of personal and professional integrity.
* Must be confidential
* An excellent team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
