Purchase Ledger Clerk
This is an exciting role for a confident Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a growing company.
You will strive to develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and uphold continuing excellent service.
You will be required to process all relevant documents which pass through the Accounts Dept.
- Loading and processing invoices/credits received from suppliers.
- Loading/clearing purchase orders on internal system.
- Processing supplier payments.
- Dealing with queries.
- General admin/filing duties.
- Any other tasks as requested by the Accounts Manager/Supervisor
- Knowledge of SAGE
- Experience within a similar position
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong eye for detail
