A Fantastic opportunity to join a well established and growing company. Our client is a Financial Services provider, and they are looking for an Operations Administrator to join the team in Salisbury.

The Role:

* To provide an efficient support service to the business, to ensure the smooth running of day to day activities, enabling the core teams to focus on their duties.
* To assist colleagues, third parties and clients with bespoke queries and seek workable solutions to any issues raised.
* To assist the Operations Manager in providing oversight of user activities and queries.
* Adhering to strict FCA regulations and internal policy and procedure

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience within a business support/administration role, preferably within the financial services industry.
* 5 GSCE's or equivalent. A-level / BTEC National qualifications desirable.
* Strong and effective communication skills, both oral and written.
* Very good knowledge of the full Microsoft Office package.
* Strong planning and organisational skills, having the ability to organise and prioritise workloads.
* Accuracy and attention to detail being key.

This is a full time role offering a salary circa £25,000 (dependant on skills and experience) based in Salisbury.
