This position is perfect for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Digital Manager to successfully shape the delivery and operation of the Digital Strategy and devise the digital identity. It focuses on the 4.5m household customers and is ideal for a driven customer service professional with substantial management experience in a digital or a service focused environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to really get stuck into the digital experience development and delivery, producing digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate people, customers and partners, as well as keeping up to date with the latest digital trends and developments of SEO, website analysis and governance ensuring that our client continue to lead; not follow!

As an experienced Digital Manager, you will have no problem producing effective advertising campaigns with a clear understanding of how to grow digital channels based upon audience. We are looking for a highly creative flair, someone who can contribute exciting and new ideas, whilst improving process efficiencies and solving problems within a customer service environment.
