CHEF DE PARTIE
Area: Reigate, Surrey
Salary: £18,000 per annum
Hours of work: 5 days out of 7. Some split shifts, some straight shifts

My client, located in the Reigate area, is in search of a CDP to join their busy kitchen. Duties will include:
taking ownership of a particular section, ensuring smooth running
flexibility to work in all area of the kitchen
produce dishes to a high standard, complying with specific instructions and guidelines
adhere to the hotel's processes and standards during all food production and presentation
Stock taking and receiving deliveries
willingness to take on additional tasks as required
The ideal candidate will be friendly, enthusiastic and self-motivated with the ability to work well in a team. Due to the nature of the role, NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Professional Cookery is essential.
