Nursing Home Manager
A position for a Home Manager has become available with a reputable independent client:
The company prides themselves on having two principles that they live up to, one being that care is led by professionals with the necessary knowledge, skills and attitudes to be effective; and that residents retain the right to dignity, privacy, choice, independence and fulfilment.
The home provides a range of support, for residential, dementia and respite care and provides a versatile dementia care service with nursing. The home pride on offering a homely environment for the residents to ensure their comfort. The home is situated in Upminster, Essex.
They are now looking for a highly experienced Home Manager who has good knowledge running a small size home, ideally you will need to have knowledge and experienced of strong management and good CQC knowledge.
Being a nursing home, my client is looking for someone who has the personal skills and experiences to motivate staff, creating positive relationships with staff and the residents. You must show a background in health and social care and have the drive to develop your skills within the home. Ideally they would like a nurse but they will consider a non-nurse for the position who has experience of managing a nursing service.
The salary for this position is up to £60,000 per annum.
