I'm working with a lovely client, based in West Sussex, who have a new position available for an expeirneced B2B sales executive/Telesales Executive to join their team and be responsible for calling their clients, predominantly in the leisure industry, to make appointments for the field based sellers.

With a fabulous base salary of up to £25k and on target earnings of £35k, this is a brilliant opportunity for a Telesales Executive who has experience of contacting customers, booking qualified appointments for field based sales reps and who has an excellent telephone manner.

The Role:
As Telesales Executive you will be tasked with making contact with key decision makers, predominantly in the leisure industry. You will be using a database of contacts to generate qualified appointments for the field based sales team.

You will be targeted on how many appointments you make and will be paid bonus for meeting and exceeding this target. You will also receive more commission should one of your appointments be turned in to a sale!

This isn't a '100 calls a day' type position, if you are making good quality appointments and achieving the target set, then my client most definitely believe that quality is better than quantity.

You will be joining a well-established organisation who have a small and friendly office environment. You will be forming part of a sociable team who are all on hand to ensure that everyone is achieving what they need to.

This position is office based with free on-site parking available. The working hours are 8.30am - 5pm, however this can be reviewed if required.

The candidate:
The successful candidate for the Telesales Executive role will have:

* Experience in a telesales environment, ideally having been responsible for booking sales appointments
* An excellent telephone manner - You will be the first person a potential customer speaks with, it is imperative that you come across as personable, professional and give a good first impression
* B2B Sales experience and be used to working to targets

The Package:
The basic salary for the Telesales Executive role is £20,000 - £25,000 per annum plus commission (OTE £35K).
