Prestige Nursing Manchester Branch are the leading Care provider to private Case Management companies and CCG's. Owing to the excellent service quality we provide our Clients we need Female and Male Support Workers to help continue our expansion in the Greater Manchester area.
You will be integral part of a multi-disciplinary team providing 24 hour support to a young male with a spinal injury who lives in an adapted property with his family in Chadderton, Oldham.
Experience of working with a client with a spinal injury is highly desirable, but not essential, as full client specific training will be offered. However, we do need people with 6 months Care / Support Worker experience. We are recruiting a dedicated team who will be provided with specific training for working with this client.
High on our list of qualities are people who are reliable, self-motivated and who can act on their own initiative. You'll also need to have hold a full UK driving licence and have your own transport.
Full time hours, days or nights, with shifts several hours long are on offer. Also, the rates of pay are excellent, from £8.50 / hour for weekdays rising to £9.00 for nights and week-ends.
In addition, we also pay holiday pay, which increase these rates by 12% to a very competitive £9.52 / hour for weekdays rising to £10.08 for nights and week-ends.
