This role may require some evening and weekend work which will be paid in lieu.

Principal objectives:

* Planning the delivery of all catering services for conferences and events.
* The set-up and delivery of catering in all of the event spaces.
* Ensuring the safety and security of all mac users
* Assisting in general catering supervisor duties when required.
* Future planning to ensure that large events are flagged up and relevant equipment purchased.
* Training of catering staff in the delivery of event catering
* Liaising with the event sales team to ensure all event catering is appropriate for the clients and the space booked
