We're looking for someone with a great heart to come and work as a Support Worker at Poachers Cottage.

We provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. They rely on you to keep them safe, treat them with dignity and support them to live a truly enriched life.

Poachers Cottage and Falcons Rest are two purpose built services which have an amalgamated staff team who support both. Poachers Cottage and Falcons Rest are situated in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside in Wormelow not far away from the city of Hereford and the market town of Ross on Wye.

As a support worker at Poachers Cottage / Falcons Rest no two days will be the same. You will work with people who have varying degrees of both physical and learning disabilities as well as mental health issues to promote independence and support them to lead as fulfilling life as possible, incorporating both therapy based activities and social based activities. This will help to deliver person centred care and promoting an independent and good quality of life.
