Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Compensation: £85,000 + OTE & benefits

As part of enviable growth and development they are now seeking to hire a Sales Director to secure new Global Enterprise clients across the Financial Services sector.

Our client is changing the future of the Legal sector and are highly recognised for being the world's largest provider cutting edge technology and professional services (including legal, contractual and compliance solutions.

Candidate Profile

The right candidate will have worked with large Global Enterprise clients, preferably FTSE 100 Financial Institutions, specifically Investment Banking clients. They will have experience of setting strategic direction of sales and have worked with complex deals through to close. This candidate will be responsible for opening new opportunities across an elite portfolio of clients.

The candidate for this role will be degree educated (ideally at MBA level) with exceptional communication and presentational skills. They will have experience of managing or coaching a sales team in a player manager environment.

If you can demonstrate a strong track record in landing million pound deals within the Financial Services Industry and can demonstrate an entrepreneurial and driven personality, then this role would suit you.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• 8+ years of consultative sales experience
• Experience of winning and managing multi millions pound deals
• Ability to build strong relationships with key decision makers
• Ability to map accounts and create strategic growth plans
• Ability to work with colleagues and clients internationally
• Experience with coaching a sales team is essential.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
