Our client is an established multi-disciplinary construction and property consultancy operating on a broad based-business platform with a strong portfolio of work from both the public and private sector clients.

Their London office is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Associate MRICS Building Surveyor to join their team of professional surveyors. This is an excellent opportunity a Senior Building Surveyor to take that stepping stone to Associate level and manage a small team of surveyors.

MRICS Associate Building Surveyor

Responsibilities:-

- Provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of residential and commercial property
- Carry out building and measured surveys
- Pre and post contract construction services
- Legal consultancy
- Prepare schedules of dilapidations (land and buildings)
- Supervision of building work on site
- Business Development
- Manage a small team of surveyors
- Monitor fee income and generate future business, manage fee pipeline

Education, Skills and Experience:-

- BSc Building Surveying
- Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
- Experience from either private or public sectors
- Commercially aware
- Able to work efficiently and meet client deadlines
- Able to successfully build client relationships
- Proven track record in fee generating and business development
- Excellent report writing skills
- Able to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Able to manage and inspire team members
