Insurance Executive

We are recruiting for a Commercial Insurance Executive in the Birmingham area with a well-established company.

As an Insurance Executive you will need to have:

* Ideally have Cert CII
* Minimum of 5 years' experience of insurance environment
* Commercial insurance background


* Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 (negotiable)
* Working Hours : 09:00-17:00 Monday - Friday
* Location: Birmingham
* Duration: Permanent

Role of an Insurance Executive:

* Deal with commercial clients
* Business development
* Creating a pipeline within specific sectors
* Achieving sales targets and Customer Service KPI's
* The identification of new sales opportunities
* Effective communication across other departments
* Arranging potential meetings between clients and personally overseeing any agreements made between parties
* Deliver a professional and efficient service when handling clients
* Every month submit a completed spreadsheet to the managing director detailing new business, lapses and renewal
* Keep a look out for potential new markets
* Undertake monthly training of broker assess
* Follow all company processes
* Actively be involved in mailshots/cold calling to target new clients
