Excellent Opportunity in Fantastic Country Pub
Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their Fantastic Country Pub with rooms serving all fresh food to AA rosette level in the Lake District. The property is popular with tourists throughout the year as well as locals. Working as part of a strong kitchen team you will work 5 straight shifts a week and overtime is paid. You will need own transport due to location.
The Sous Chef Role
Hands on role working closely with the Head Chef
Producing Fresh Cooked Food - Modern British Menu
Managing and developing a small motivated Brigade in Head Chef's absence
Help Achieve GP targets, Hygiene & Safety Standards
Already working as a Sous Chef from a 1-2AA rosette kitchen
Ideally from Hotel, Restaurant or Gastro pub serving fresh good food to large numbers
Good Motivator & Manager
