Due to continued growth our client are looking to add a Customer Service Administrator in to one of their teams who focus on the retail sector. As a Customer Service Administrator your role will involve supporting the team with administrative duties whilst also looking to provide customer service / account management to a number of clients.

This role will suit someone who is either wanting to be more involved in the end to end process or someone who is looking for a role that could provide the spring board to becoming a fully-fledged Account / Project Manager further down the line.

Job Description

* To provide day-to-day administrative support where required.
* To receive incoming and make outgoing telephone calls to a large customer base
* Produce print quotations and tenders for clients
* Sales order processing using bespoke database systems
* Managing and chasing through projects to ensure all deadlines are adhered to
* Managing stock control for clients through bespoke stock systems and Excel spread sheets
* Screen telephone calls, incoming emails, enquiries and requests
* Diary Management of your Sales and Work in Progress
* Managing both the relationship with our Clients and Suppliers and dealing with all levels of Management internally providing analysis and reports as and when required
* Dealing with enquiries/queries/complaints in and efficient and timely manner

Skills & Experience

* The ideal candidate must be adaptable and flexible when presented with new challenges.
* You must also be self-motivated and enthusiastic as they will form part of hard working busy team. Being customer focused is also vital.

Competencies

* Competent in MS products, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent customer relations and client management skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* High level of initiative and able to work well in a team environment
* Excellent presentation skills
* Organised/structured approach with a capacity to accommodate demanding values of work at strict deadlines
* Efficient and accurate with attention to detail
* Must be self-motivated and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in administrative / customer service role
