Our client has ambitious growth plans and wants to build on existing success in their market. They are expanding their sales function and need talented investment property consultants to join their team. This role is mostly phone-based and you’ll be calling warm and hot leads to discuss the needs of potential property investors and then present them with investment property opportunities. You will take ownership of the sale, from start to finish so you’ll need to demonstrate a successful sales track record. There will also be an element of relationship building as your investors may want to re-invest in future investments.


The emphasis is on consultative selling so the ability to build strong and lasting relationships with property investors is essential. You’ll also need to show you possess:

A proven sales experience in any industry with a good track record of closing business over the phone
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills as most of the sales work is done over the phone and by email
A sharp mind, enthusiasm, energy and a hunger for success
A goal oriented and target driven work ethic
Self-motivation and great organizational skills
Experience of selling in the financial world or property sector would be useful, though not essential.


The salary package is £22,000 basic, depending on experience, with a straight forward commission structure giving on target earnings in excess of £55,000-£70,000.
