We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a very successful Finance Organisation based in Swindon. The focus for this role is to proactively work on marketing campaigns for their Mortgage channel.

This role is responsible for the delivery of effective marketing communications to employees, advisers and their customers and to ensure continuous improvement by gaining feedback and seeking ways to optimise interest.

The role will entail using a variety of marketing mediums ensuring that the correct communication channels are used in order to attract the right audience and to ensure that communications are written and delivered on time and to budget.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Delivering a communications plan to support the mortgage channels aims and objectives

To lead and manage campaigns

To take responsibility for the social media strategy for the Mortgage Division building loyalty with existing firms and developing new recruitment opportunities.

The production of outstanding copy for the Company's extranet

To monitor and edit all written copy for mortgage and protection propositions including press releases and digital content

To ensure that the Mortgage channel benefits from creative resources in the preparation of communications and marketing materials in order to stand out from competitors.

This role will entail the building and maintaining of relationships with key groups of stakeholders.

Qualifications:

This role is ideal for a marketing graduate (or equivalent) with a minimum of two to three years experience in a marketing or communications role.

Excellent copywriting skills

A good technical knowledge in order to understand and communicate to all stakeholder groups

The ideal candidate will offer:

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Agency management and a good understanding of the print process.
- Ability to write on behalf of others and in line with brand standards.
- Ability to interpret technical or strategic information into simple, straightforward plain English.
- Good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise on own initiative.
- Proven track record for delivery to deadline.
- Experience of writing for the web and using content management system.
- Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organisation.
