Amida are currently working with a bespoke fine furniture company who are the ultimate in bespoke cabinetry, founded on a time-honored British craft tradition, with a passion for quality and design. Internationally recognised as the leading global luxury kitchen company, it has revolutionised the form of kitchens, establish enduring fashions and been instrumental in the kitchen's metamorphosis from cooking space to social hub. This Company has set the style icons for classic and contemporary furniture for over three decades and has brought fitted furniture for the kitchen and rooms throughout the home into the highest echelons of fine luxury living.

They are currently seeking to appoint a Group Installations Manager to over see a team of 15 Installations Manager who each have a portfolio worth up to £2 million per annum on a national basis. They are seeking to increase turnover from £650k per week to £1m per week.

It is essential that candidates have prior experience of working within high end furniture production market previously, are commercially aware and are able to client face as well as keep an eye on the detail at the same time. You would be expected at the Head Office 1/2 days per week in Wiltshire and then based in the various showrooms in London the other days of the week.

The role is to include;
* Manages the strategic aspects so providing installation services to clients ensuring continuity and seamless project management relating to installations of Kitchens, Bathrooms, Study's, Bedrooms, General Cabinetry, Furniture and joinery.
* Oversees Senior Managers and Managers working on Client engagements within practice.
* Reviews high-level deliverables across practice.
* Ensures management and engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures take place for all practice engagements.
* Provides leadership to practice within a geographic area.
* Develops, implements, and maintains sound business practices.
* Develops and implements strategic objectives.
* Report into Operations Director
