£19,000 - £24,000 DOE

InterQuest Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most up and coming clients based in the financial services sector. As an expanding organisation our client is now looking to recruit Digital Sales Advisors to support with their regional sales teams.

This role forms part of the day to day team function that works very closely with our remote regional sales team and the dealer support team to ensure any dealers within a patch are kept in contact with and continued business is generated so includes direct liaison with the company's introducers by telephone and by correspondence ensuring accuracy at all times and that the processes and procedures are followed ensuring the daily workload is completed to the highest levels of accuracy.

The key aspects of the role are to:

*Follow up on finance applications that have been accepted by our dealers
*Generate new leads for our Area Sales Managers (ASM) from a pre-vetted contact list
*Reconnect with dealers who have previously signed up but are not using us currently
*Develop relationships with the ASMs to help both parties increase dealers and accounts
*Populate dealer profiles within your area and develop a pro-active calling schedule
*Direct support for queries from existing smaller dealers
*Support for the Deal Making team
In addition we would expect the following
*Contact dealers by telephone and correspondence
*Undertake projects or additional work as required by the leadership team
*Liaising closely with other departments as necessary
*Keep electronic and paper filing in order at all times
*To keep up to date with the company's products and with client finance products
*To present the company in a professional and confidential manner at all times
*To pay due care and attention to your own and other's health and safety at all times


Good educational background with proficiency demonstrable in maths and English
Computer Literate, including MS office products and Email


Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential call centre sales management / sales experience in a high energy environment
Experience of working in a team in an office environment
Experience of liaising directly with dealerships
Awareness of current FCA regulations
Ability to understand and comply with documented processes, policies and procedures

Additional Information

Perm / 37.5 hours a week (8.5 hours per day inc. 1 unpaid hour for lunch = 7.5 hours a day)
Able to reliably commute to office
Potential for rota shift work based on 8-8 weekdays and 9-5 Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays (day in lieu earnt for working them) based on regional requirements

Scope of Role

Report directly to Digital Sales Team Leader, no direct reports

Salary Range
£19,000 - £24,000 depending on experience
