Reporting into the Managing Director we have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our business and further strengthen our client relationships and position in the market.
As Senior Sales Manager you will grow our business, exploring and capitalising upon profitable opportunities within the client portfolio and exploring new opportunities. You will network within large businesses at a senior level and utilise internal technical resources to deliver complex solution sales.
You will have proven experience of developing and winning new business opportunities, particularly in the BPO market.
You will have extensive experience of developing key, large accounts; ideally gained from within the financial services, telecommunications, facilities management or utilities sectors. You will be extremely commercially aware and have proven experience of growing profitability with large clients.
Business development forms a large part of this role and the Senior Sales & Business Development Manager will be expected to continually develop a sales pipeline and maintain our CRM system.

Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience in either a Debt Collection Agency or outsourcing environment. In particular they should have a track record of winning BPO accounts.
The individual should be credible and capable of forming excellent immediate and long term relationships in a B2B environment. They will be professional, presentable and possess high energy levels with strong personal disciplines around work ethic, meeting notes and responding to prospective clients.
Personable and persuasive the individual should also possess excellent written and verbal presentation skills as well as a keen eye for detail. Moreover, they need to consistently convey the passion and desire within the company to serve clients with superior collections performance. An inspiring leader with experience in driving change in a fast paced setting, the individual will possess high levels of drive, ambition and confidence. Results-orientated and commercially aware they will display excellent strategic skills as well as an ability to operate with a hands-on, pragmatic approach
