A very busy IT Company needs an experienced 1st Line IT Support Engineer to assist with support of its clients Windows based IT infrastructure.

What’s the company culture like?

In a recent survey, a remarkable 100% of their staff members enjoyed coming to work. Having met the team, I can understand why!

You're not going to find the MD sitting around twiddling his thumbs. He's a former leader of a key Financial Services organisation and he likes to get his hands dirty. All for one and one for all.

Management recognises how hard its staff work and that any system downtime brings with it a unique set of pressures. As an offset, they want people who can work hard, but also join in a little fun along the way.

Teamwork is at the centre of their philosophy in their support office. You'll see video cam feeds of their overseas offices, just so you can get to know your colleagues as if they were sitting on the same floor.
