Responsibilities for the role may include some of the following:

• Analytical fault finding on networks and systems;
• Repair of server, storage and end-point systems;
• Communication of information to technical and none technical users;
• on-site delivery
• Microsoft office 2010
• Windows Server 2003/2012
• Exchange 2010/2013
• Active Directory
To be considered for the role you must have some or all of the following:
• Solid experience in 1st line IT support;
• Technical experience or qualifications in Microsoft and related products;
• Experience with Datacentre Technologies and Cloud Services;
• Server, storage and end-point technology experience;
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Enthusiastic about technology
• Positive approach to work & customer focus
• Strong problem solving skills Ability to work under pressure
• Fantastic work environment.
