Automative Warranty Administrator
Our client, a busy and successful motor dealership in Southport, is looking for an experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator to join their team. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of customer care and satisfaction and will be involved in all aspects of the warranty and goodwill procedure. This includes accurately submitting claims, monitoring reports, suggesting improvements to increase efficiency, checking invoices and credit notes and ensuring full compliance with manufacturer's warranty claims, processes and procedures.
Highly organised and conscientious, with proven experience within a Warranty Administration environment, you will have an up to date knowledge of warranty procedures and documentation, an eye for detail and great communication skills. In return, our client is offering a basic salary of £18,000 plus a bonus of £2,000 and all usual benefits.
