Research and Consultancy Assistant (Property)
LSL Corporate Client Department manages residential properties & buildings on behalf of institutional landlord clients. Due to the continued growth of the Exeter based operation, the LSL PRS team have an exciting new vacancy for a PRS Research and Consultancy Assistant.
Reporting to the Director of PRS Data and Advisory Services you will be responsible for producing reports for both existing and prospective clients in assessing the feasibility of potential PRS and Build to Rent schemes to determine their viability.
You will also be involved in assisting in pitch writing, developing management proposals and setting Service Level Agreements for PRS schemes.
Along with supporting the wider PRS team when required you will also be responsible for researching potential PRS schemes and conducting competitor analysis therefore good attention to detail, the ability to work independently and strong analytical skills are essential.
Main Accountabilities (not exhaustive):
*Research and analyse market data such as trends, demographics etc
*Keep abreast of PRS market and competitor activity
*Compile reports from research findings for internal and external use
*Attend site and client visits when required
*Create financial feasibility reports to identify viability of business opportunities
This new and varied position will see you taking instruction and ownership of various duties. Due to the skill set required property experience would be a definite advantage but isn't essential.
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm, based in central Exeter, with occasional travel required.
