The Role: Representing a leading craft beer specialist, the new business development manager will inherit around 300 customers from the on/free trade and wholesale markets. Also tasked with winning new business you will cover a specific territory of either; Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridge OR Essex. Selling a wide range of beer and ale, you will typically deal with buyers and managers in this field based role.
The Company: An award winning brewery sitting top 5 in their market and recruiting due to expansion. Selling everything from beer boxes, clothing and merchandise to ale kits and pumps, a significant number of employees have worked here for over 20 years! Specialising in craft kegs and lager, they have won numerous awards for their excellence.
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Must have business to business sales background
- Field based experience
- Sold an FMCG product - open on market
- Driving license
Benefits of this role:
- £30,000 basic salary, plus £3,000 bonus
- £380 monthly car allowance or company car, laptop, mobile and pension
Location: Norfolk/Suffolk/Cambridge OR Essex.
