Our client is one of the newest Service Providers to enter the into the building services maintenance sector.

They may be new but they have wealth of experienced and talented managers and directors driving the business and have recently been successful in winning multiple maintenance contracts and are set to win more this year.

The Role
Your role as the Supervisor will see you based in the client's London Head Offices in the City, EC4.

You will be in charge of a small team to ensure that all PPM’s are set up, that the asset list is correct and that the engineers have the back-up and support to deliver the services.
It is classed as business critical environment so special attention is given to back-up systems and associated plant.
As usual high attention is given to all statutory compliance inspections and log books are maintained up to date and that visiting subcontractors have the correct RAMS are in place.

Ideally you will have been an apprentice trained engineer with qualifications in HVAC, Mechanical systems or Electrical. Experience with managing and maintaining M&E systems, Air Handling plant, UPS, Generator sets, Close contol A/C, FCU’s, Hot and Cold water systems and utilisation of BMS.
We also need you to take control of the sub-contractors, due to the environment you will need to be very accurate with permits, you will be supported by a help desk team.

The Role
You will be joining a very well established medium sized team with great technical support from an established management team.

As this is a very key role with new client accounts you will be in the spotlight and will have a great deal of liaison with the clients, the management of the facilities and senior directors within the company. The hope is that this contract will develop and the value increase which will lend itself to contract enhancement in the future and progression into other areas of FM delivery.
The company provides a total Engineering Management Service to a portfolio of critical business and commercial offices across London.
