Our client has been established for over 6 years, with a vision to increase storage capacity within residential homes. The company provides an innovative designed, modular understairs storage system, that has received patent approval for Europe and America.

The business has a proven track record in B2C online sales in Ireland and the UK, with a team of dedicated field based fitters, the business can provide a complete supply and fit solution.

Through an ever-increasing demand from developers, looking to either fit our understairs storage units as standard or offer them as an optional extra, the company has now set-up a B2B trade division, which has created a number of exciting new opportunities to hire permanent B2B Business Development Managers.

The Role

As a B2B Business Development Manager, you will be required to:

  • Generate new leads through the effective targeting of residential property developers.
  • Management of the full sales cycle from; generating leads, closing sales, through to account management, so as to be able to nurture and grow new and existing customer accounts.
  • Ability to deal with all stakeholders that includes; developers, architects, foremen, estate agents, interior designers etc.
  • Understand house plans in order to specify the correct understairs unit.
  • Field based covering the greater London area.

The Person

  • Proven track record of selling to residential property developers.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work from one’s own initiative, proactively managing new and existing customer accounts.
  • Strong communication and product presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen, to be able to maximise every sales opportunity.
  • Organised and target orientated.

The Package

  • Basic Salary £25k - £35k dependent on experience
  • £35k - £50k OTE
