Here at Axiom, we are currently seeking reliable, enthusiastic and experienced individuals to work within our clients Sales and Customer Service department based in Enfield. Ideally, you will have Insurance experience although full training will be given. As long as you have experience in either telesales, retail, business development or customer service dealing with a high volume of calls or face to face sales and customer service, you will be able to be considered. The hours are 8.45am - 5.30 Monday to Friday and 9.30am - 1pm one in three Saturdays. The salary is £18,000 - £22,000 dependent on experience. The role is for a Permanent Inbound Sales Advisor and the company offers a fantastic office environment, on-going career development and training and great incentives.

The role :
•Receiving a high volume of inbound calls and taking all relevant information from prospective and existing customers

•Accurately calculating quotations and assessing the prospective customers' situation. Ensure all quotes are underwritten correctly and present these verbally.

•Ensuring quotations are saved onto the relevant systems accurately.

•To liaise with customers in respect of general queries.

•To liaise with the Insurance Company on any issue outside of our delegated authority.

•To follow up with prospective customers and ensure they have all the necessary information needed about the product they are interested in. Encourage them to close the sale and have a friendly and positive conversation with them.

•To create and build relationships with existing customers to promote business development.

•Regular contact with other departments such as Admin, Underwriting, Claims, Credit Control and Accounts. Giving the successful applicant an insight and understanding in other aspects of insurance.

•Able to build a strong rapport with customers

•Experience within retail, telesales, cold calling, business development, customer service or new business sales
