Are you a Mechanical Engineer with a good understanding of turbo machinery and engines or thermodynamics? If so, this is an opportunity to join a growing company delivering innovative technology to major clients around the world.

You will become part of a team working with various customers to understand and analyse their engine performance issues, then help to develop bespoke solutions to improve performance / efficiencies in areas such as power and fuel consumption etc.

Ideal candidates will have a Mechanical Engineering degree (or similar) with an understanding of IC engines and some post-graduate experience in turbo machinery or turbines, coupled with an analysis / validation background. Experience with an engine manufacturer or tuning company would be very beneficial.


1. Assist in performing aero/thermodynamic simulations of both current and future products and applications using 1D methods.
2. Provide problem solving and data analysis support, particularly during the commissioning phase.
3. Work within a project environment either independently or within a team environment to achieve the project objectives in an effective manner.
4. Support the Sales and Marketing effort through development of technical literature or other forms of technical marketing ideas.
5. Follow, develop and improve departmental and company quality processes (ISO 9001) and efficiency
6. Be customer focused and professional.
7. Effectively manage time and priorities.
8. Be part of and support the Customer Support & Applications team, as well as the wider engineering department
