We are looking for an assertive SEN/PMLD Gradate Teaching Assistant who has some appreciation of children who have profound, multiple, learning difficulties (PMLD) or has been in either a volunteer or paid role with SEN learners and earned a second-class degree or better. It is essential for you to possess a strong ambition to teach and a consistent approach to challenges and challenging behaviour. As SEN/PMLD Gradate Teaching Assistant will have the ability to have a kind, caring approach and relate to pupils in a serious manner.
About the Role
As an SEN/PMLD Gradate Teaching Assistant you will be working with a team of experienced Teaching Assistants who will be on hand to offer guidance and advice. Within the classroom you will be supporting the teacher deliver lessons, create resources and help learners with her personal learning goals. As a SEN/PMLD Gradate Teaching Assistant Role your role will involve ahands on and proactive thinker who can use their initiative when needed.
