Our client is a professional body industry leader, within the financial services sector, looking to take on a either a Senior Research Executive or Research Manager, to join their research and insight team. The company is based in central London, and boasts a professional and friendly working environment, with the opportunity for progression. The Role
In this role, you will be part of the research team, working on a range of quantitative projects in the main, within customer satisfaction and experience. Around 60% of the work is managed in-house and you will be responsible for project set-up, writing questionnaires, project management, analysis, reporting and presenting to internal stakeholders, across all both methodologies. You will support others in the team in creating solutions through Big Data. A key part of your role will be to engage teams within the business to utilise the research results to make strategic implementations. You will be required to manage external research agencies as well, ensuring that they have clear briefs and are able to deliver high quality work to budget and within the time frames. A key part of the role will be to build up strong internal relationships within the UK and internationally. You will be responsible as well for delivering a brand and communications tracker.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a solid research agency background, within quantitative research. Experience in ad hoc and tracking is beneficial. Experience within financial services would be an advantage. You will be highly organised, and able to manage multiple projects at one time and able to build up rapport well with people on all levels. You will be someone that enjoys working in a team and in collaboration with people, striving to get the best results from your research and insight programmes.
