Amazing Sales Co-ordinator opportunity working for a large landmark hotel located in central London, surrounded by iconic architectural and cultural landmarks. This historic hotel is seeking an experiences Sales Co-ordinator, to join their sales team.
Based in central London.

Must have previous experience gained within a hospitality/ leisure environment.

£22-£24K+ non contractual bonus scheme.

Purpose of the role.
To provide effective administrative support for the Sales team to ensure the function runs efficiently and professionally

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the Sales client database and ensure all client details are correct
- Identify new contacts, develop sales leads, and respond to sales opportunities in order to maximise revenue
- Ensure proposals/presentations are sent to prospective clients in a timely manner
- Produce monthly productivity, accounts management/activity reports for sales team
- Prepare weekly/monthly Sales targets & calling activity reports
- Ensure all contracted rates are loaded onto the Hotel’s PMS and GDS
- Deal with all Lanyon & RFP solicitation requests from new and existing clients
- Organise and assist with familiarisation trips/events, presentations, show rounds and promotional activities
- Represent and support the Hotel at Industry Trade shows, exhibitions, functions and networking events as required
- Maintain administration relating accounts ensuring they have on file the necessary documentation, contracts, contact forms, and up to date Account Development Plans
- Organise and co-ordinate arrangements for meetings including document preparation, presentations and taking and distribution of minutes of meetings

Person Specification

- At least 12 months previous experience probably gained within a hospitality/leisure environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive approach with the passion and drive to deliver results
- Enthusiastic, positive and motivated attitude
- Smart presentation with a naturally engaging personality
- Excellent communication skills with a very high level of spoken English
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
- Pride and attention to detail in your work
