Senior Product Manager - Telemedicine

A leading global developer of managed end-to-end custom telemedicine software solutions for some of the largest institutional customers in the world, has now set up an office in London with the vision to become the premier platform for all digital healthcare needs, both existing and emerging.

The company are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the expanding UK office.

This is not a sales role - a successful candidate will be one of a rare breed able to take on a complex role merging aspects of business analysis, technical product management and product marketing. The role will work closely with the UK CEO to collect, analyse and communicate market needs - working with the CTO / CIO of major and complex healthcare trusts, then report directly to the international VP of Global Product Development & in-house R&D teams.

SALARY: c£60K, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

  • Become the company’s domain expert for the UK healthcare market
  • Take part and represent the UK in all strategic product planning processes
  • Act as the technical authority in the UK in all interactions with partners and potential clients - working with the CTO / CIO for healthcare trusts
  • Collect product requirements from UK partners and clients, and convert them into technical specifications
  • Work closely with in-house company R&D teams and design to implement product requirements
  • Define and monitor KPIs
  • Produce/procure and manage all product marketing collaterals

Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years’ experience in senior product management/development related roles (e.g. Senior Product Manager, Director of Product), preferably in the area of healthcare technologies
  • Familiarity with the UK healthcare system in general, and the complex IT ecosystem of NHS trusts in particular
  • Deep understanding and proven experience working on mobile technologies
  • Hands-on experience working with R&D teams, and ability to communicate technical concepts
  • Hands-on experience defining technical PRDs, including KPIs, analytics and data schemas
  • Track record of working on enterprise B2B products
  • Practical skills working with prototyping tools such as proto.io, Axure, Sketch
  • Experience working with analytics and BI tools (e.g. segment.io, Google Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies
  • Ability to produce top-notch product marketing collaterals
