Media Sales Executive up to £25K basic OTE £32.5K, working for a large international media company, great development opportunity with a realistic OTE and brilliant company benefits based in central London.
Our client is large international media and events business and they are looking to recruit a Media Sales Executive to grow their digital revenue from a niche product. This is an exciting and challenging role and allows applicants to work for a market leading company and maintain a high profile within the business. There’s great career progression, in-house training and a strong culture of support.
The role is selling mainly over the phone and there will be an element of face to face sales once you become confident in the offering. They already have a mixture of clients on board and you will be responsible for growing customers from a designated geographical area. This is a leading B2B business that has a great reputation and heritage and the successful applicant will be a key part in its continuing growing their digital offering.
Successful applicants should be able to demonstrate competency in the below key areas, it is not essential to meet all requirements but priority will be given to applications that satisfy most.
- Have successfully sold in a B2B media sales role.
- Experience of online/digital sales.
- Able to maintain relationships, renew customers and up sell.
- Experienced in pitching to clients directly.
- Evidence of achieving / over achieving targets.
- A real can 'do attitude’
- Aware and able to present the use of analytics in a sales presentation.
- An understanding of consultative sales style.
- Ability to priorities leads and maximise revenue generation via sales pipeline control.
