GAS ENGINEER - M & E Contractor

Location: Near M25

They have a Facilities Maintenance and small works arm of the group and provide a one call solution for all your building services. They’re responsible for designing & delivering on time in budget major contracts. The group has a combined turnover in excess of £12m and together our operations include inspection, design, servicing, supply, installation, commissioning and planned preventative maintenance of building services.

OVERVIEW

Looking to recruit a Plumber to join an expanding team carrying out reactive and planned maintenance, reporting to the Service Manager. You will be required to work in commercial environements, the project will vary in value between 100k to 2.5 million

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 years as a qualified commercial plumber
  • Proven experience of carrying working on instalations within kitchens and bathrooms etc
  • Knowledge and compliance of plumbing regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and through written reports
  • Ability to work under own initiative
  • Ability to estimate small works would be an advantage
  • Commercial preferred but not essential

VITALS
