My client have been providing outsourced IT for over 15 years to business customers ranging from 5 man companies all the way to multi-nationals.
The role is customer facing, technical and varied, involving regular site visits around London (approximately once a week) as well as remote support.
Fluent English is required. A full driving license is an advantage, a pool car is provided when needed. The role reports to the Managing Director.
You will probably have 5+ years commercial support experience in a Microsoft environment including good exposure to Exchange, O365, VMWare and virtualisation. In addition, you will have had sole responsibility for projects and dealt with 3rd line support issues. You should be able to communicate effortlessly with senior management both orally and in writing.
You will be responsible for the technical delivery of all the groups projects as well as overseeing some of our key clients.
Typical Key skills are : Networking, TCP/IP , Windows 2016-2008,SBS, Exchange 2007-2016, Some Mac exposure, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Site to Site VPN, Active Directory, Anti Virus, Anti-Spam, Backup Exec, PC/Server Hardware, Virtualisation, SQL Server, Security - PCI compliance.
From the above list, you will be expert in the majority and be familiar with the rest.
Starting salary package minimum of GBP36k - GBP 42k depending on fit with 22 days holiday.
